Information about auditions for principal roles
2nd auditions for our June production of Carmen will be held on 11th January 2026.
We are still looking to cast Don Jose, Escamillo, Morales and Zuniga. All other roles are now cast.

Chorus rehearsals for our June 2026 production of Carmen will start in February 2026
​​​​​​​​
Rehearsals take place weekly on Monday evenings 7.30 -10pm (Principals and chorus)
and Sunday afternoons, 2pm - 5pm (Principals)
at St Mary Magdalene' Church Windmill Hill Enfield.

Please note that if you join the chorus you will be expected to pay a fee to the company of £120.

It is our policy that auditions for principal roles are open to both company members and non company members.
In this way we attract talented outsiders, who are considering a professional career in opera, to work alongside company members who have joined the chorus and moved up to take principal roles
Please note, audition times will be allocated after the return of audition forms.
